Loaded Mediterranean Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients

Base

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Garnish

  • Extra olive oil drizzle

  • Fresh cracked pepper

  • Pinch of oregano

For Serving

Directions

  1. Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to a food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Spread onto a serving plate or shallow bowl.

  4. Top with tomatoes, cucumber, feta, olives, red onion, parsley, and dill.

  5. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, cracked pepper, and a sprinkle of oregano.

  6. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
