Refund & Return Policy

At Giselle Everyday Nutrition, we aim to provide thoughtful, high-quality resources and services. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products (PDFs, Guides, Programs)

All digital products, including downloadable guides, programs, and PDFs, are final sale.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, refunds are not available once access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

Merchandise (Print-on-Demand Items)

All merchandise items are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand partner.

Because these items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Color or style preference

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Minor variations in print placement or color tone

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Eligible claims will be reviewed and, where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so the issue can be reviewed with our fulfillment partner.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Coaching Services

Coaching services are delivered over a defined time period and require preparation and scheduling.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Refunds are not available once coaching services have begun

  • Any unused sessions forfeited due to missed appointments or early termination are non-refundable

  • Specific terms related to coaching services will be outlined in your Service Agreement prior to enrollment
