Hot Honey Salmon Sheet Pan Dinner
A quick, balanced dinner with big flavour and minimal cleanup.
If you're looking for a meal that's simple enough for a busy weeknight but delicious enough to make again and again, this Hot Honey Salmon Sheet Pan Dinner is it.
The salmon is brushed with a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze, then roasted alongside crispy baby potatoes and broccoli for a complete meal on one pan.
Serves: 4

Cook Time: 25-30 minutes
Ingredients
For the Salmon
4 salmon fillets (about 5-6 oz each)
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Vegetables
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Garnishes
Lemon wedges
Red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Add the potatoes to a large sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
Roast potatoes for 15 minutes.
While the potatoes cook, combine honey, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and add the broccoli. Toss lightly with the potatoes.
Place salmon fillets on the pan and brush generously with the hot honey mixture.
Return to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the vegetables are tender.
Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a sprinkle of parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
GEN Tip
Don't worry about making this perfect.
Short on broccoli? Use green beans.
No baby potatoes? Sweet potatoes work beautifully.
Want extra protein? Serve with a side of Greek yogurt mixed with lemon and herbs.
