Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2 tbsp hot honey

Bowl Base

  • 2 cups cooked couscous or quinoa

  • 1 cucumber, diced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup feta cheese

  • Fresh parsley

Optional Dressing

  • Greek yogurt

  • Lemon juice

  • Dill

Instructions

Step 1

Season salmon with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 12–15 minutes.

Brush with hot honey during the last few minutes.

Step 2
