Ingredients
Salmon
4 salmon fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp hot honey
Bowl Base
2 cups cooked couscous or quinoa
1 cucumber, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup feta cheese
Fresh parsley
Optional Dressing
Greek yogurt
Lemon juice

Instructions
Step 1
